The moot competition is a well-known student competition of hearings in the court of Common Law, during which law students have the opportunity to analyze the problem of common law, study the relevant law, prepare written materials and present oral arguments to experienced AIFC judges, which this year will include an introductory speech by the Chairman of the AIFC Court, the Honorable Rt. Lord Mance. Given the uncertainty due to the outbreak of coronavirus disease, this year the competition was held online without the need to pay for travel or accommodation. Leading international universities were invited to participate.
