Law students won in the Bishkek Legal Hackathon 2019

Bishkek Legal Hackathon 2019 was the first legal hackathon in the Kyrgyz Republic. The main goal of the event was to raise interest in the use of innovative solutions in legal industry.
10 teams of the capital's Universities were presented at the competition. Each team within 24 hours had to develop a project that would meet the main criteria: relevance, degree of development and implementation of the idea , business model, uniqueness of the idea. Moreover, each product should correspond to the following areas, as access to justice: the creation of products that provide citizens with access to the use of their legitimate rights and freedoms; improving legal literacy and dispute resolution., innovations for legal business and companies.
The winners of this competition were the students of the International Ala-Too University, who presented the project on the financing of litigations. The team of IAU were composed of students of law faculty : Elmira Usenova, Adina Sabirova, Kalzada Asangazieva, Azamat Sabirzhanov; students of IT and Business Administration: Tansuluu Myrzaeva and Elmira Erkebaeva.
This project fully met all the criteria of the competition.
